The Board of DIrectors in their todays board meeting informed that the company has discontinued its business activities as with the limited volumes of business post COVID and other challenges , the business has lost its viability , so the management has decided to discontinue its business operations. The Company has already given the Covid Disclosure and stated the operational performance of the Company is not in viable condition
