| Rishabh Instruments Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/09/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 30th September, 2023, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Reports for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2023. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2023.
