On the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors in their meeting held today also considered and approved the following: 1. Appointment of Ms. Aakanksha Patel (DIN: 08314319) as an (Additional Director) Non Executive-Non Independent Director of the Company with effect from 8th August 2022 to hold office; subject to the approval of members in the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting. 2. Re-appointment of Mr. Abhishek Patel (DIN: 05183410) as Managing Director of the Company for period of 3 (Three) consecutive years w.e.f. 01st April, 2023 till 31st March, 2026 subject to the approval of members in the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting. 3. Resignation of Mr. Pranav Patel (DIN: 00171387) who was appointed as Non-Executive-Non Independent Director on the Board.
