Rodium Realty Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2021 along with Limited Review Report and to consider and approve any other business with the permission of Board.<BR> <BR> Further, as already informed, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, from time to time ("PIT Regulations"), the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by all its directors, designated employees and their immediate relatives has been already closed from Friday, October 01, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2021 as intimated to the Stock Exchange vide our letter dated September 30, 2021.
