This is to inform you that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with BSE Circular No: LIST/COMP/10/2019-20 dated May 9, 2019 is not applicable to our Company. Since Company is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We are covered by the exemption provided as per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 since our capital is not exceeding Rs.10 Crores and our Net Worth is not exceeding Rs.25 Crores as on the last day of the previous Financial Year.
