ROSE MERC.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2023 along with Review Report. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company, for Designated Persons including Employees and Directors has been closed from end of quarter i.e. 01st April, 2023 and shall remain closed up to 31st May, 2023 (both days inclusive) due to the above, under the Code of Practice and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
