Pursuant to Para A of Part A of Schedule III, read with, Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform you that the Board, in its Meeting held on November 09, 2022, have given in-principle approval/ authorization to Mr. Chander K Baljee, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, to analyze the feasibility of raising funds through issuance of Debentures upto Rs 200 Crores for the purpose of acquiring new hotels on revenue share basis and approach the merchant banker(s), advisors, arrangers and other intermediaries as may be required for the aforesaid purpose.
