NOTICE is hereby given that 29th AGM of the members of Royale Manor Hotels and Industries Limited will be held on Wednesday, 23rdday of December, 2020 at 3.00 p.m. through video conference to transact the following business:<BR> ORDINARY BUSINESS:<BR> 1. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at 31st March, 2020 and the Statement of Profit and Loss for the year ended on that date together with the Directors' and Auditors' Report thereon. <BR> 2. To appoint Director in place of Mr. Vishwajeetsingh Champawat (DIN: 00519755), Director of the Company who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for reappointment.<BR> SPECIAL BUSINESS:<BR> 3. To re-appoint Mr. Vishwajeetsingh Champawat(DIN: 00519755) as a Whole Time Director of the Co.<BR> 4. To amend Articles of Association of the co.<BR> 5. To issue Warrants Convertible into Equity Shares on Preferential Basis<BR> <BR> The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 14.12.2020 to 23.12.2020(both days inclusive).<BR>
