Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading by Insiders of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform you that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by its designated persons shall remain closed from 1st October, 2020 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of consideration and approval of the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2020. <BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated to you in due course.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on records.
