This is in continuation of our letter dated 29th March, 2022 through which we have intimated about Definitive Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) entered into with M/s Pegasus Inland Container Depot Private Limited (PICDPL) for sale/transfer of Private Freight Terminal (PFT) at an aggregate consideration of ? 33.00 Crores (Rupees Thirty Three Crores only) and the buyers have to arrange necessary approvals from Government Authorities including Railways. In view of the same we would like to inform you that Western Railway, the competent authority has accorded its approval vide letter dated 28th June, 2022 for transfer of ownership to M/s Pegasus Inland Container Depot Private Limited and transactions has been completed at our end.
