This is with reference to our letter dated 13th August, 2021 intimating that the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 17th September, 2021. The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 13th September, 2021 to 17th September, 2021 (both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> Considering an unforeseen system crash down, it has been decided to postpone the 41st AGM and the Book Closure intimated vide our aforesaid letter. The revised dates shall be intimated in due course.<BR> <BR> Request you to kindly take the above on record and oblige.<BR>
