This is to inform you that pursuant to Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any statutory modification(s) or reenactment(s) thereof, for the time being in force) and in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons & their immediate relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in securities/shares of The Rubber Products Limited ('the Company') will remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives of the Company with effect from Friday, 01st January, 2021 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020.<BR> <BR> In view of above, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal (buy or sell or pledge etc.) in Securities/Shares of 'The Rubber Products Limited' during the said period.
