With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith statement of deviation or variation for the quarter ended 30th September 2022, for the proceeds received by company on allotment of 9,75,000 Equity Shares to Promoters and Promoter Group Entities pursuant to conversion of share warrants into equity shares on 13th August 2022. This statement has reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Company in its meeting held today i.e 08th November 2022 and there has been no deviation or variation in the utilization of the issue proceeds as mentioned above and has been utilized for the purpose for which they were raised.
