This is to inform you that in terms of Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended, read with NSE Circular Ref No. NSE/CML/2019/11 and BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, both dated 2nd April 2019, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 01st October 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2020 to the Stock Exchanges.
