Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 2. The Board of Directors, upon recommendation of the Nomination &amp; Remuneration Committee has re-appointed Mr. Kailasnath Adhikari (DIN: 07009389) (whose current term expires on February 09, 2022) as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 05 (Five) consecutive years w.e.f.
