Ms. Kalpana Dhakar (DIN: 05215041) as Women Director - who has not opted reappointment at the Last Annual General Meeting, the Board has appointed Mrs. Sushama A. Yadav (DIN: 07910845) as an Independent Woman Director (''Additional Director'') of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation,to hold office for a term of 5(five) consecutive years commencing from November 12, 2020 to November 11, 2025 subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
