Pursuant to clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015,vide Notification No. EBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2018/59 dated December 31, 2018 i.e. the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and further clarification provided by BSE Limited vide Circulars: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives remain closed from 1st October, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020. <BR> Accordingly all Connected/ Designated Persons and their relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. We request you to kindly take the above on record. <BR>
