In this regard, we confirm that Sagar Productions Limited [''''''''the Company''''''''] does not fall in the category of Large Corporates as per the applicability criteria given under Para 2.2 of the aforesaid SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 as there was no outstanding long-term borrowing of Rs. 100 Crore or above as on March 31, 2022 and the same is not applicable to the Company.
