We would like to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015<BR> read with BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/O1/ 2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, we hereby inform that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st October, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2020, will be intimated separately.<BR> Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives directly or indirectly are prohibited to deal in the securities of the Company during this period.
