| Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the new shed comprising 100,000 Sq feet at an existing plant location at Nabha, Punjab. This plant will increase the production capacity of Rotavator from 1000 existing levels to 3000 per month. This plant will cater the demand for Mahindra and Mahindra farm division.
