Dear Sir, In reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issue by BSE Limited vide its Letter Ref. No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and as per the Company Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders'', the "Trading Window'' for Trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed with effect i.e. from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 and shall be reopen after expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. Further, the date of Board Meeting for consideration of the unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
