Salasar Techno Engineering Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We hereby intimate you that, pursuant to regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. inter-alia transact the following businesses: - 1) To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31St December, 2022. 2) To Consider the appointment of Company Secretary of the Company; and 3) To consider and approve any other matter discussed by the Board.
