In accordance with regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 read with SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 issued on 11th day of July, 2023, we hereby inform you that the statutory Auditors of the company i.e. M/s. Manikandan & Associates (FRN. 008520S) Chartered Accountants, have tendered their resignation vide resignation letter dated 22.08.2024 informing their inability to continue as Statutory Auditors of the Company with effect from the conclusion of 93rd AGM of the company.
