Sam Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/06/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Re-appointment of Mr. Abhinav Kumar (DIN: 06687880) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second consecutive term of five years with effect from 14th June 2026 to 13th June 2031, subject to approval of the shareholders.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Saurabh Mohta (DIN: 00100955) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second consecutive term of five years with effect from 14th June 2026 to 13th June 2031, subject to approval of the shareholders.
