Sambandam Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022 and Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022 and proposal for consideration of dividend if any.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be remain closed till May 31, 2022 for all specified persons mentioned in the Company''s code of conduct formulated in accordance with the provisions of SEBI<BR>(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
