| This is in reference to the shifting of Registered Office of the Company from #406, First Floor, Sector 15-A, Chandigarh - 160015 to Village & P.O. Ghollu Majra, Tehsil Derabassi, Distt. Mohali, Punjab 140506 with effect from 01.07.2022, intimation whereof was given to you vide our letter no. SFL/2022-23/127 dated 30.06.2022. In this regard, we would like to inform you that the Company has filed the requisite Form INC-22 regarding Shifting of Registered Office of the Company with the Registrar of Companies, which got approved today i.e. 14.07.2022. Since the registered office of the Company got shifted from Union Territory of Chandigarh to the State of Punjab, the Corporate Identity Number (CIN) of the Company got changed on the Master Data of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) from 'L28910CH1981PLC004522' to 'L28910PB1981PLC056444'. | |
