| Samrat Forgings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022, inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Further, as informed by our letter no. SFL/2022-23/124 dated 28.06.2022, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the 'Designated Persons' till 48 (forty eight) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. | |
