| Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, as amended, we hereby inform and submit that: 1. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. November 14, 2022, have considered, approved and taken on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results set out in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2022. 2. The copy of the said Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2022 (along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors), which were duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and thereby approved by the Board of Directors, is enclosed herewith.
