| This is in compliance with the applicable Circulars issued by MCA and SEBI for the holding of the 30th Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), please find enclosed herewith the Newspaper clippings published in the requisite newspaper dated 18th August, 2022 wherein a Public Notice has been given by way of an advertisement by the Company, before sending the Notice of the ensuing AGM together with the Annual Report to all the Members of the Company and other persons so entitled. Please note that the AGM of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 has been scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 22nd September, 2022 at 11:30 A.M. through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). The Notice of the AGM will be sent, shortly, to the members in accordance with the applicable laws on their registered email addresses. | |
