Sandhar Technologies Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby intimate that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 22nd May, 2025 inter alia to:
i. Consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2025 along with the Audit Report; and
ii. Consider recommendation of the Final Dividend, if any.
