Notice is hereby given that the notional trading window will remain closed, in pursuance of 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons' formulated by the Board of Directors in accordance with provisions of Regulation 9 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 amended vide SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, from 01 October 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 September 2020 (both days inclusive) during which Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in securities of the Company.<BR> The date of the Board meeting for declaration of financial results will be notified and uploaded on the websites of the Stock Exchange and the Company in due course. <BR>
