| SANGUINE MEDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam,<BR> <BR> SUB: - NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Sanguine Media Limited will be held on Tuesday, 30th June, 2020 at 3.30 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company to transact the following business:<BR> 1.
