The Board has considered and approved the following:<BR> 1) Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year<BR> ended 30" September, 2020;<BR> 2) Limited Review Report of the auditors on the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter<BR> and half year ended 30" September, 2020.<BR> 3) Mr. Dinesh Kanayalat Makhija (DIN: 00586498) has beer appointed as am Additional Director (Executive) of the Company, with effect from November 43, 2020 to hold office as a Whole-time Director cum Chief Financial Officer, a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, liable to retire by rotation for a term of 3 years with effect from November 13,<BR> 2020 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
