Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Monday, 30th January, 2023 has appointed Mr. Somya Data as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 01st February, 2023. Further, the details of the aforesaid Chief Financial Officer (CFO) required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 has been attached herewith as Annexure-A.
