As intimated vide our letter Ref.: SATCHMO/038/2025-26 dated January 21, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company met on Friday, January 28, 2026 and amongst other businesses, have considered and approved the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company quarter ended on 31st December, 2025. The unaudited Financial Results on Standalone and Consolidated basis along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon are enclosed. The meeting started at 15.30 PM and concluded at 17.15 PM.
