With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform that as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in securities/ shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1* January, 2022 for all the Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s).
