| SAVITA OIL TECHNOLOGIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve <BR> NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Savita Oil Technologies Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 4th February, 2021 at 11.30 a.m. at the registered office of the Company (through video conferencing/OAVM) to consider and take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020.<BR> Kindly note that as per Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has remained/will remain closed from 1st January, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from disclosure of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020. | |
