Dear Sir / Madam, Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the Company''s Code of Practices & Procedure for fair Disclosures And Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees, Notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees with immediate effect, from 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2022. The date of Board meeting of the company for consideration and declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2022 will be intimated later.
