We wish to inform you that the Board Stakeholders Relationship Committee vide its resolution passed on February 19, 2021 has allotted 11,071 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each towards the exercise of vested stock options by certain employees under 'SBI Life Employees Stock Options Schemes 2018' of the Company.<BR> <BR> Post the allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company is Rs.10,00,06,97,480/- consisting of 100,00,69,748 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.<BR> <BR> We request you to please take the above on record.
