| Scan Steels Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/03/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To discuss and approve delegation of power of the Board to any one of the Executive Director of the Company to make investments of the Surplus Funds of the Company by (i) giving any loan to any person or other body corporate; (ii) giving any guarantee or provide any security in connection with a loan to any other body corporate or person and (iii) acquire by way of subscription, purchase or otherwise, in the Shares, Debentures, mutual funds, units and any other securities of any other body corporate, as per the Members Approval accorded in the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR> 2.
