In continuation to our letter no. SEIL/Sec./SE/2022-23/20 dated June 21, 2022 regarding approval of the Postal Ballot Notice and related matters by the Board of Directors and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, please find enclosed herewith the Notice of Postal Ballot dated June 21, 2022 ('Postal Ballot Notice') in terms of the provision of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and in compliance with the General Circular No. 17/2020 and 03/2022 dated April 13, 2020 and May 5, 2022 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, for seeking the approval of the members by way of Special Resolutions, on the matters as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice. The Postal Ballot Notice has been uploaded on the Company''s website www.schneider-infra.in.
