| In furtherance to our letter no. SEIL/Sec./SE/2022-23/22 dated June 27, 2022 regarding submission of the Notice of Postal Ballot dated June 21, 2022 ('Postal Ballot Notice'), it is hereby informed that the Special Resolutions for following matters as embodied in the Postal Ballot Notice have been passed by the members with requisite majority: a) Appointment of Mr. Pravin Kumar Purang as Independent Director of the Company for a term of three (3) consecutive years effective from May 21, 2022 till May 20, 2025 and for continuation of his term after attaining the age of 75 years. b) Re-appointment of Ms. Namrata Kaul as Independent Director of the Company for a term of three (3) consecutive years effective from November 6, 2022 i.e. immediately after expiry of her first term. The aforesaid resolutions have been deemed to be passed on the last date of e-voting i.e. on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. | |
