With reference to the above captioned subject and in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that Ms. Bhumika Sood has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited, with effect from close of business hours of October 22, 2020 to explore opportunities within the Schneider Group.<BR> New Company Secretary & Compliance Officer shall be appointed in due course of time and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges.
