SCOOTERS INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve a) take on record and review the due diligence report of the peer review Company Secretary in terms of the Delisting Regulations; b) consider and approve/ reject the Delisting Proposal after discussing and taking into account various factors and the Company Secretary''s due diligence report; c) to Certify as per the requirements of Regulation 10(4) of the SEBI Delisting Regulations; and d) to consider other matters incidental thereto or required in terms of the SEBI Delisting Regulations, including seeking shareholders'' approval, as may be required.
