In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, we hereby inform you that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Promoters, KMP's, Designated Employees and Connected Persons of the Company, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the Company's Code of practices, procedure and conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders with effect after the date of end of this Financial Year i.e. Friday, 1st day of April, 2022, and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2022.
