| With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of the Directors of Servoteach Industries Ltd. at their meeting held on 09th November, 2020 has approved the following matters. <BR> 1. Considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2020 Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR> 2. Considered and approved Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> 3. Took note of the Statement of Investors Complaints under Regulation 13(3) of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 for Quarter ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> 4.
