The Postal Ballot Notice, seeking approval of the Shareholders for the appointment of Sri K Rajkumar, IFS, as a Nominee Director, liable to retire by rotation, together with the Explanatory Statement, is approved by the Board of Director of the Company in their meeting held on October 23, 2021, for circulation to Shareholders.<BR> <BR> The Notice, containing the details, the Explanatory Statement and procedures for voting through Postal Ballot, will be sent to all the Members, whose name appear on the Register of Members / List of Beneficial Owners received from the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited as on October 29, 2021 (cut-off date).<BR>
