Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Shareholders of the Company have approved, by an Ordinary Resolution, the Reclassification of 42,695 Equity Shares held by (late) Sri V Pichai, from "Promoter Category' to 'Public Category'. The above subject was approved by overwhelming majority in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 23, 2022.
