With reference to the Circulars issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE vide Circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019, we wish to inform you that in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for all its directors, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Saturday, April 1, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023.
