We would like to inform you that the Company is covered under Regulation 15 of SEBI (LODR), Regulation 2015 related to exemption in compliance with the corporate governance provisions as specified in Regulation 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 , 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clause (b) to (i) of sub regulation 2 of regulation 46 para C, D and E. Hence provision of Regulation 23 (9) related disclosure of related party transaction for the half year ended is not applicable to the Company.
Hence kindly take the same on record and oblige.
